 Norman Araby Peoples, Jr.

  Born 1954 in Brooklyn, NY.

  Raised in a climate of turbulence during the Civil Rights Era.

  Served in the U.S. Army, honorably discharged in 1974.

  Embarked on a 25-year criminal career, ending with a 7-year prison
 sentence in Minnesota.

  Discovered AVP as an inmate in 2001.

 As a certified AVP facilitator, became the first felon ever admitted back inside of
 a state correctional facility.

  Co-founded The Foundry USA in 2010.

             

   Edmond W. Ordez       
 

  Born in New York City.

  Graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Marymount Manhattan

College in 2002.

  Earned Diploma in Paralegal Studies from New York University in 2003.

  Worked as a litigation and corporate paralegal.

  Earned Juris doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 2009.

  Admitted to the Minnesota State Bar in 2010.

  Co-founded The Foundry USA in 2010.
